Due to recent expansion, SSIUK are recruiting for the role of Customer Account Coordinator (CAC) for the Montrose office.

This challenging and diverse role focuses on the management of specified customer accounts to ensure excellent service delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To take responsibility for the day to day internal sales, planning and communication regarding the contracts and/or customers allocated.
  • By working closely with the Operations Manager, fully understand the services and products offered by SSI.
  • Collate, review and verify existing lifeboat data and Service reports in relation to allocated customers
  • To build relationships and an understanding of each potential customer procurement department
  • Review and update existing customer PMR deliverables to maximise offshore opportunities
  • Implement customer management processes
  • Establish six monthly/quarterly/annual platform attendance schedule, as required by the customer
  • Establish and oversee all offshore / onshore scopes of work for allocated customers including
  • Focal point for Customer/Technicians throughout scope.
  • To attend all allocated customer de brief meetings to review planned and completed scopes of work
  • To collate information and produce each close out report.
  • To produce and chase up technical quotations to obtain a purchase order
  • Play an active role in conflict resolution and record/report lessons learnt.
  • Keep accurate records by using the company's Customer Relationship Management System, Integrated Management System and QA systems effectively.
