    The role


Working with the Service Line Administrator, you will be required to undertake a diverse range of administrative duties to support our technical staff.


  • Predominantly assisting Project Managers within the team with invoicing and setting up prospects, proposals and wins within the Deltek Vantage Point system (finance/project management database full training will be provided) thereby allowing Project Managers to focus more on project management and technical aspects of their workloads. You will also support our clientfacing function by updating and maintaining our team's CVs, and our internal governance processes by monitoring internal training compliance.
  • Other general administration tasks may include:
  • Assisting Project Managers with formatting of reports, presentations, proposals and correspondence
  • Maintaining files and databases along with filing and archiving/retrieving project documents etc.
  • Tracking equipment use and servicing etc.

About you

  • Experience in working in an administration role
  • Excellent communication skills suitable for working with colleagues and internal teams (written and spoken)
  • Good attention to detail
  • Competency with the use of the latest MS Office suite and a willingness to engage with and learn new systems
  • Enthusiasm around being an integral part of a busy team
