Position Summary -

The successful candidate will undertake a variety of administrative responsibilities to ensure the seamless operation of our business functions. This role will involve collaboration across different departments, providing ample opportunities for career advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist Claims Handlers with a diverse range of administrative duties, including but not limited to:

  • Establishing Claims documentation.
  • Managing and directing incoming phone inquiries.
  • Gathering and organizing invoice information.
  • Facilitating payment processes.
  • Updating the claims management software.
  • Collecting and structuring data.
  • Maintaining filing systems.
  • Executing general administrative functions.

Deliver exceptional customer service while fostering positive relationships with both internal and external partners.

Undertake additional responsibilities as directed by Line Managers or Senior Management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in an office administration capacity, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Proficient in IT applications, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams. Familiarity with claims management systems is advantageous, though training will be provided.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of establishing effective relationships swiftly.
  • Proactive in seeking clarification and assistance when necessary.
  • Highly organized with superior time management capabilities, adept at multitasking to meet diverse deadlines.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • A collaborative team player.
  • Confident in working independently under guidance.
  • Able to comprehend organizational processes and support the broader team as needed.

Work Environment - Hybrid

Compensation - Up to £25,000
