We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our growing team at Netbox Recruitment Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to senior management and the team, as well as managing diaries, arranging travel, and performing general administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage senior management diaries and prioritize meetings
  • Arrange travel nationally and internationally for senior management and team
  • Provide general administrative support to the team and input data
  • Attend meetings regarding financial matters and gather financial forecasting information
  • Use Excel to input and manipulate data for senior management
  • Perform general HR duties, including onboarding, contract writing, and payroll support

Requirements:
  • At least 8 years of experience as an Office Manager/PA support

  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong diary management experience
  • Must have a driving license and own vehicle due to location
