Governance Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Governance Administrator to join our team on an ongoing basis. This is a unique opportunity to work with a values-led organisation that is focused on improving lives in the local community.
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Governance and Compliance team, including minute taking, maintaining online systems, and accurate documentation. They will also be responsible for collating, analysing and presenting MI data, raising purchase orders and dealing with invoices, and acting as a first line of enquiry for any Governance or Compliance queries.
To be considered for this role, you will need to have a relevant background working within a regulated environment, with some previous experience in governance. You will also need to be a professional minute taker with a proven track record, an exceptional communicator with a good grasp of the English language, and an advanced user of all MS Office packages.

Key Responsibilities:
- Minute taking at Board Level within a Governance environment
