An exciting opportunity has arisen for an L&D Administrator reporting directly to the L&D Manager for a professional services company on a temporary basis running for 6 months.
Please note you must be available for an immediate start for this role.Role & Responsibilities:
- Monitoring the departments inbox and promptly responding to all queries
- Creating training content and resources
- Creating relevant reports
- Assisting in the full lifecycle of the training programmes and workshops, including planning, scheduling, communications, logistics and reporting.
- Assisting with the implementation of training projects
Skills Required:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in L&D
- Previous experience in a professional services industry
- Comfortable with face to face and virtual training methods
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal
- Someone who is a fast learner and enjoys going above and beyond
- Excellent professional and organisational skills
