  • Role An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Sustainability and Special projects department and work within the Healthy Homes team, in the role of Technical Administrator. The role reports to the Sustainability Operations Manager.
  • The Technical Administrators work closely with all departments in L&Q including Maintenance Services, the Work Planners and will have links across the business area and across L&Q you will work collectively to deliver the best results possible for our residents and the business.
  • You will ideally have a good knowledge of Maintenance & Repairs and will have ideally worked within a supportive administration and scheduling function within social housing or local authority.
  • The Technical Administrators use a variety of systems to organise, plan and process data, providing relevant and current information is up to date. Accurate data entry and reporting will be crucial to the role and suitable experience of Arena, DRS and MS Office suite is desirable.
  • Principal duties will include the completion of the tasks needed for backoffice administration, liaising with tenants and contractors through all our channels, raising repairs, tracking work progress on our systems and meeting SLAs. You will approach tasks with passion and determination to get a positive outcome for our residents by always putting the resident at the heart of what we do at L&Q.
