Transformation Admin Coordinator

A fantastic and exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administration CoOrdinator to join the Transformation Team within East Suffolk and North East Essex NHS Foundation Trust (ESNEFT).

You will support colleagues within the team to successfully deliver a wide range of complex projects.


Ideally, you will have excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex information in an easily understood manner, working with clinical, administrative and corporate colleagues at all levels within the Trust and across a myriad of departments, external agencies and stakeholders.

Key requirements will include:

  • Providing a PA service for the Head(s) of Transformation (job share)
Providing admin support across the transformation team and Making Time Matter Programme; including:
Arranging meetings and transcribing accurate minutes/notes along with action logs detailing both deadlines as well as action owners

Reviewing action logs and liaising with owners for updates in advance of further meetings

Drafting agendas on behalf of the team

Supporting input of information into key documentation for the team; eg quarterly and annual reports, programme board highlight reports

Updating department systems such as annual leave, reminding team of training updates and ensuring PDRs are booked into diaries within timescales, supporting team whereabouts on a day-to-day basis

Providing an efficient and polite service for callers by answering the telephone in a prompt and courteous manner ensuring they deal with any queries where possible

Overall supporting day-to-day smooth running of the transformation team
