The team

The Global Artwork Support Team is a highly reactive, tight-knit bunch with the ability to turn around global requests under high pressure within short time frames.

We cover many aspects of brand design and artworking, including product labels and signage, POS, shop hoarding, illustration, R&D, and packaging, as well as providing the last touch before print production.

We're looking for someone with a keen eye for detail and solid organizational skills.

This person can react effectively to a busy workflow schedule and provide great-looking, technically accurate artwork within tight deadlines and with an innovative approach.


Delevopment + Learning
This is a junior position, which gives a good foundation into brand development at the heart of the business. Brand values and ethical production directly related to LUSH can be developed for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creation of onbrand artwork assets including product labels and signage, POS signage, face sticker illustrations, shop hoarding, gift tags and What's In My Gift/What's In My Parcel inserts using a range of Adobe Creative Cloud software
  • Ensuring artwork is consistent, accurate and in line with Lush brand guidelines
  • Carrying out proof checking prior to print
  • Setting up artwork for digital and litho print processes, supporting Creatives and consulting where applicable with appropriate Buyers and print suppliers
  • Taking responsibility for assigned projects, giving regular progress updates to
Artwork Support team leads

  • Contributing to Gift Design projects where required, providing regular progress updates to Artwork Support and Gift Design leads
  • Checking printer's proofs, attending press passes where necessary
  • Sharing skills with fellow team members, assisting less experienced artworkers
where appropriate

  • Undertaking administrative tasks where required, including label order picking, artwork localisation comms etc.
  • Assisting with handson, nonartworking Creative Production project work
where necessary

  • Employing a strong customer service mindset to effectively represent the Artwork Support team and provide the best possible experience for associated teams and individuals.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:

  • Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Strong layout and typographical skills
  • Knowledge of artwork setup procedure for digital and lithographic print processes
  • Great communication skills to engage with creatives and printers
  • Collaborative skills to work closely with project managers and adjacent teams
  • Confidence to provide progress updates at every stage of the design and artwork process
  • Strong visual concepting skills
  • Time management skills and the ability to work to strict production deadlines
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Selfmotivation and the ability to work on multiple projects at once in a fastpaced environment
  • Problemsolving skills and the ability to know when to ask for help
  • A methodical approach to work and meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to take instructions and follow direction from team leads and stakeholders
