We are looking for a methodical and detail orientated Technical Artworker to join our Design Department.

While Experience as a Technical Artwork and using the Adobe Creative Suite (primarily InDesign) is important, we are equally interested in finding the person with the right characteristics;
Attention to detail, accuracy, reliability, process driven, calm under pressure and a methodical thinker.

**Job Type / Category**

As Technical Artworker your primary role is to provide our graphic designers with accurate and detailed InDesign templates, then quality check all artwork before it is sent to print. This role is essential to maintaining our high standards and low error rate when producing our exhibition stands.

The role includes but is not limited to:

- Creating InDesign templates
- Setting up cut files and providing information on design constraints for correct production
- Owning, Managing and updating the template library and the templating process, to maximise efficiency and accuracy.
- Scrutinising Test prints and Print PDF's for issues and errors.
- Providing print files to the production team
- Adjusting and matching colours to existing prints and Pantone books.

**Education, Skills, Qualifications and **Experience**
- 2+ years Industry experience in a relevant position.
- 2+ years Experience in Adobe Creative suite (required), with a focus on InDesign (Beneficial)
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail (required)
- Good Mathematical ability (required)
- Good written and verbal communication skills (required)
- Experience in Large format print industry (Beneficial)
- Experience using RIP software (Beneficial)
- Ability to work in high paced (and sometimes high pressure) environment (required)
