We have a fantastic role available for a Finance Assistant with our client based in Edinburgh. This 12 month fixed term contract offers 37 hours per week and a salary of £23,188 per annum.

Location:
Edinburgh, hybrid working - 2 days per week in office


Duration: 12 Month FTC

Hours: 37 hours per week

Salary:
£23,188


Main Duties:

  • Payment Plans: Implement payment plans for credit customer accounts that may fall overdue. Working with our customers to maintain good relationships.
  • Statements and Dunning's Notices: Assist with the distribution of statements and dunning's notices to Credit Account Customers.
  • Income Streams: Assist with the receipting and allocation of multiple income streams.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with general administrative tasks as required.

Key Skills:

  • Customer Service: You will be dealing with customer enquiries on a daily basis, providing consistently accurate advice to customers.
  • Time Management: The ability to manage your time and workload effectively in order to meet deadlines is essential.
  • Discretion and Professionalism: You should demonstrate discretion and professionalism at all times, as well as understanding the importance of confidentiality.
  • Accounts Receivable/

Debt Management:
Previous experience in Accounts Receivable or Debt Management would be advantageous.
