**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Page Personnel Finance. As an Admin Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our busy HR team, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **New Starter Processing**: Process new starter paperwork, conduct pre-employment checks, and ensure accurate records are maintained on our HR database.
  • **Recruitment Administration**: Assist with recruitment administration, liaise with candidates, and maintain records of recruitment activity.
  • **HR Database Management**: Update absence records, highlight concerns to the HR Advisor, and liaise with payroll as required.
  • **Leaver Processing**: Process leavers in a timely manner, in line with our usual practices.
  • **General Administration**: Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including generating correspondence using mail merge, DocuSign, letter, and email templates.
  • **Ad Hoc Changes**: Process ad hoc changes to terms and conditions of employment.
