We are seeking a highly motivated Business Operations Coordinator to join our Inside Sales team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth order process for one of our most prestigious clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate order requests from initial enquiry through to completion.
- Generate and send order acknowledgements to customers.
- Verify the accuracy of requests and ensure data consistency.
- Provide exceptional customer service, communicating and updating internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal groups to achieve high service levels.
- Review the backlog daily for orders.
