A Day in Your Role

Your role as a Marketing & Events Coordinator at Hestia will be essential to our Central Services, significantly impacting the lives of our service users and guiding them towards empowerment and independence.

  • Create and update marketing materials adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Lead the development of physical and digital event materials.
  • Collaborate with Operational teams to enhance brand awareness.
  • Act as a brand advocate, evolving the visual brand alongside the Head of Communications.
  • Develop all branded material for various charity activities.
  • Oversee the ordering process for branded merchandise, supporting service delivery.
  • Provide event briefings and support for speakers and participants.
  • Organize non-Fundraising events like Art Is Freedom exhibition.
  • Handle event enquiries and guest list management.
  • Evaluate event success and learnings for future improvements.
