Marketing Manager Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Manager to join our team at Culture Amp. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in demand generation and campaign management, with experience in customer marketing, Account-Based Marketing (ABX), and HR SaaS.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support pipeline growth in EMEA, focusing on key markets aligned to our business strategy
  • Localise campaigns, digital content, and messaging to ensure resonance with our target ICP across markets, segments, and products
  • Coordinate multi-channel campaigns, including email, social media, content marketing, and events, partnering with local and global teams for consistency throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Monitor, analyse, and optimise campaign performance to ensure maximum ROI
  • Develop local ABX strategies aligned to campaigns to target key accounts or account segments, working closely with sales teams to personalise marketing efforts
  • Regularly communicate performance metrics and insights with stakeholders to refine and improve strategies
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in campaign and content marketing, preferably in a B2B technology or SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
  • Excellent content creation and copywriting skills
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and ABX
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
