Our client, a global financial software solutions organisation, is seeking a Sales Performance Specialist supporting their sales representatives and ensuring the smooth operation of their sales team. This is a 2 year contract, hybrid role.

Skills

  • Proven work experience as a Sales support or Sales performance specialist
  • Hands on experience with ERP and CRM systems
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
  • In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Teamwork and motivational skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide data and guides to help the sales team
  • Suggest sales process improvements
  • Develop and monitor performance indicators
  • Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information
  • Liaise with account managers to develop specific sales strategies
  • Review pending orders and specific customers requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience
