Our Client


Our client, an early stage, high growth tech business has developed a 'Social Mobile and Desktop App' designed to disrupt the $250bn Wedding hospitality global market.

Founded in 2016 by a tech entrepreneur who has already successfully built and taken abusiness to IPO.

Our client is now looking to make their next strategic hire, the Sales Operations Specialist who will report directly to the Commercial Director.


What You'll Get


The Sales Operations Specialist will work with the Commercial Director and the Head of Growth working on all things growth and you will be based in their Hammersmith offices 2 X per week.

You can expect a basic salary of circa £50k plus bonus and excellentbenefits.

The plan for the next 2 years is to grow a commercial team of 40 plus people so there will be loads of opportunity for progression as the company expands.


What You'll Do


As the Sales Operations Specialist you will be responsible for data analysis across the commercial function, you will be tasked with identifying efficiencies in every area of the commercial team.

You will manage compliance, drive performance, and also playa key part in the Customer Success function.

This is a challenging and varied role for someone with a sales and analytical background who wants to work in a fast-paced start-up.


What You'll Need


The ideal Sales Operations Specialist will have experience in a similar role or could come from a Sales/Account Management background and be keen on a transition into a more analytical and data led role.

You will have experience using different CRM, CS andMarketing platforms including Salesforce, HubSpot, Chargebee and Zendesk ideally.
