Our client, a global financial software solutions organisation with UK headquarters in central London,, is seeking a Sales Support Specialist.

You will be supporting their sales representatives and ensuring the smooth operation of their sales team. This is a long 24 month contract, hybrid role wih 2 days a week in the office. Possible conversion to perm.
Responsibilities * Provide data and guides to help the sales team * Suggest sales process improvements * Develop and monitor performance indicators * Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information * Liaise with account managers to develop specific sales strategies * Review pending orders and specific customers requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experienceSkills * Proven work experience as a Sales support or Sales performance specialist * Hands on experience with ERP and CRM systems * Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel * In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices * Excellent communication skills * Teamwork and motivational skillsBenefits * Long contract * Hybrid role * Free breakfast
