Sales Administrator based at our facility on the Mile Oak Industrial Estate, SY10 8GA

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Processing Sales orders
  • Dealing with customer enquiries
  • Proactively contacting new and existing customers with offers
  • Updating CRM with customer information
  • Preparing quotes
  • Maintaining and updating price lists
  • Booking deliveries with couriers
  • General office admin and filing

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good attention to detail
  • An enthusiastic attitude to work
  • Selfdisciplined with an ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • IT literate
  • Admin experience
  • Some sales experience/knowledge would be desirable

WHAT WE CAN OFFER

  • Fulltime, Permanent, Monday to Friday 09:00 17:00
  • Salary: circa £20,000.00, but will be dependent on the successful applicant's skill and experience.
  • Company Pension
  • Death in Service (after a qualifying period)
  • 20 days holiday
