**Sales Administrator**

**IN2 Access & Control Ltd** has been established in Oswestry for 13 years. We are a national supplier of activation and safety equipment to the automatic gate and door industry. We are currently recruiting for an **Sales Administrator** based at our facility on the Mile Oak Industrial Estate, SY10 8GA

**MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Processing Sales orders
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- Pro-actively contacting new and existing customers with offers
- Updating CRM with customer information
- Preparing quotes
- Maintaining and updating price lists
- Booking deliveries with couriers
- General office admin and filing

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good attention to detail
- An enthusiastic attitude to work
- Self-disciplined with an ability to work independently and as part of a team
- IT literate
- Admin experience
- Some sales experience/knowledge would be desirable

**WHAT WE CAN OFFER**
- Full-time, Permanent, Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00
- Salary: circa £20,000.00, but will be dependent on the successful applicant’s skill and experience.
- Company Pension
- Death in Service (after a qualifying period)
- 20 days holiday
