We are now recruiting for Flow Room Line Managers to join our URBN family, based in our brand new 400,000 sq.

Ft world class European Fulfilment Centre in Peterborough We have a vacancy on each shift.

THE ROLE
Drive high performance in the FC through timely product flow, enabling KPIs and service levels to be achieved. Monitoring, reporting and communicating on performance whilst managing & triaging any WMS / WCS issues.

The fulfilment center performs inbound, processing and outbound functions for URBN's Direct, Retail, Wholesale and Franchise channels and all URBN European brands.


KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Optimise product flow throughout URBN's new, automated European fulfilment centre by controlling warehouse management & control systems.
  • Manage orders and undertake business and data analysis necessary to aid flow and protect service.
  • Monitor system performance with a view to ensuring availability & throughput is maximised. Ensuring incident management is controlled.
  • Advocate elevated levels of process adherence to ensure quality metrics are delivered across all fulfilment centre departments.
  • Engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders across Operations, Systems, Reporting, Engineering, Planning & Inventory Control.
  • Be a role model and ambassador for URBN's culture, vision and values.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED

  • Strong understanding of the endtoend processes undertaken within multichannel fulfilment centre.
  • Ability to use own initiative to spot issues and opportunities and develop action plans to address.
  • Proven written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ambitious standards for yourself and your work is important, with the ability to take a flexible and adaptable approach to the role.
  • Able to work within a team environment and support our culture, performing in line with URBN's vision and values.
