Main Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to strengthen relationships and explore new business opportunities.
- Customer Complaint Resolution: Handle customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that issues are resolved to the client's satisfaction.
- Service Performance Management: Track and assess service performance metrics, recommending process improvements to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Team Support: Assist Service Coordinators in their daily tasks, ensuring smooth operation and providing guidance and support as needed.
- Operations Management: Oversee and update engineer time bookings weekly, ensuring that Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met and gathering and reviewing KPI data to support target achievement.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Sales Office Lead, including drafting proposals, requesting and following up on Purchase Order Numbers, issuing invoices, coordinating service and parts deliveries, ordering parts/spares, and sending reminders for staged contract payments.
- Leadership Experience: Demonstrated experience as a Lead Coordinator or a similar position, with a proven track record of leadership and team management.
- Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service skills and a solid understanding of administrative practices, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in the food industry or engineering sector, with a strong understanding of the industry and its challenges.
- Team Management: Ability to manage, support, and motivate a team effectively, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior leadership and other stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Adaptable to various tasks and able to handle a bit of everything, with a flexible and proactive approach to work.
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch break).
