Our client is a distributor of automotive parts in Birmingham & they're looking for a business administration apprentice to work in their offices in Oldbury
Roles And Responsibilities:
Scanning, photocopying and filing documents
Maintaining office equipment like copies etc.
Type, format, or edit routine memos or other reports.
Entering receipts in the system.
Checking cards transaction against month end statement
Preparing experiences for the month end and other accounting duties.
Contacting suppliers with regards to shortages or misdelivers.
Answer and transfer telephone calls or messages, when required.

After 12 months your wage will increase to national minimum wage if currently lower (depends on age)
