Key Responsibilities- Support the Diversity & Inclusion Specialist in organizing and coordinating Diversity & Inclusion initiatives and events.
- Communicate effectively with Diversity & Inclusion Ambassadors and the project team to ensure successful project delivery.
- Coordinate the Diversity & Inclusion calendar to promote awareness and celebration days, working closely with other teams and departments to ensure cross-functional collaboration.
- Stay up-to-date on various Diversity & Inclusion initiatives and movements to influence best practice within our organization.
- Provide administrative support to the Diversity & Inclusion Specialist, including managing the People Inclusion inbox and responding to queries.
- Support the wider People & Talent function as required, applying a Diversity & Inclusion lens to all projects and tasks.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (GMail/GSheet) is essential.
- Independently motivated with the ability to take on tasks and duties without immediate direction.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- High attention to detail to produce accurate and quality work.

- Business Admin Level 3 qualification is required.
