HR Advisor Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team at Summit HR. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the People Director and managing employee relations cases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strong relationships with line managers to provide guidance and coaching on best practices, processes, and procedures.
  • Manage a high volume of employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with employment legislation and implement changes to policies and procedures as required.
