Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strong relationships with line managers to provide guidance and coaching on best practice, processes, and procedures.
  • Manage a high volume of employment relations cases, ranging from first-line to complex cases, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with employment legislation and implement changes to policies and procedures as required.
