Job Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse in our gastroenterology ward, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing nursing care to patients in a community setting
  • Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experiences
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
  • Relevant clinical post-registration experience in a community setting
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively as part of a team
