As a Recruitment Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Internal Recruitment Team by providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth execution of recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Post vacancies on our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure accurate approval workflows are aligned to each vacancy.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to add relevant hiring managers, coordinators, and HR systems to each vacancy.
  • Develop high-quality and accurate job adverts in line with business and legislative requirements.
  • Conduct in-depth telephone interviews with candidates to assess their suitability for the role, documenting all notes accurately.
  • Initiate Return to Work (RTW) checks and support Internal Recruiters with chasing managers for interview/assessment dates.
  • Manage Contract Received notifications and complete the hiring process.
  • Support the sifting of candidates to assist Internal Recruiters, as needed.
  • Perform other duties as reasonably requested by Recruitment Managers.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced administrative role, preferably with knowledge of recruitment practices and procedures.
  • Strong communication skills with a confident telephone manner and ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Polite and professional demeanor with a willingness to go the extra mile to support the team.
  • Excellent administration skills with proficiency in Google Suite/Microsoft Office programs.
  • Demonstrated high level of accuracy, self-motivation, and organization.
