Key Responsibilities- Organize Diversity and Inclusion Forums: Under the direction of the Diversity and Inclusion Specialist, you will be responsible for organizing monthly Diversity and Inclusion forums, ensuring effective communication with ambassadors and project teams.
- Coordinate Diversity and Inclusion Calendar: You will coordinate the Diversity and Inclusion calendar to promote awareness and celebration days, collaborating with other teams and departments to ensure a joined-up approach.
- Provide Administrative Support: You will provide administrative support to the Diversity and Inclusion Specialist, including managing the People Inclusion inbox and responding to queries.
- Support People and Talent Function: You will support the wider People and Talent function, looking at all projects and tasks through a Diversity and Inclusion lens.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace: You should be familiar with Google Workspace (GMail/GSheet) and have excellent communication skills.
- Independence and Motivation: You should be independently motivated, with the ability to take on tasks and duties without immediate direction.
- Attention to Detail: You should have high attention to detail to produce accurate and quality work.

- Business Admin Level 3 Qualification: You will complete a Business Admin Level 3 qualification as part of your apprenticeship.

- Study Leave: You will be entitled to study leave to support your apprenticeship.
