About The Role
The role will provide a support function for the Digital Operational Team through aggregating all the data for the division's digital assets.
As the E-Commerce Operations Assistant the daily tasks will involve preparing reports, conducting analysis, exploring dashboards, evaluating potential risks proactively.
You will also;- Keep a good housekeeping of Operational document
- Forecast impact of improvements
- Proactively identifies performance gaps
- Escalating any potential roadblocks or delays
About You
You will also have the following;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy
