- The ability to provide high level first point of contact to clients and staff
- Take care of providing refreshments for clients/ meetings
- Data input onto the CRM system as required
- The firm require an individual with previous Receptionist experience in a professional services environment
- Experience of undertaking general admin duties such as filing, scanning etc
- Excellent organisation skills
- Able to communicate with stake holders
