Our Team

We are seeking a friendly and welcoming Spa Receptionist to join our team. As a Spa Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that their experience is nothing short of exceptional.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to our guests, ensuring that they feel at ease and relaxed.
  • Manage the reception area, including checking in and out guests, handling payments, and responding to queries.
  • Work closely with the spa team to ensure that our guests receive the highest level of service and that their spa treatments are booked and managed efficiently.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about our hotel and its facilities, including the spa, to ensure that our guests are well-informed and able to make the most of their stay.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the hotel by providing exceptional service, being proactive, and taking ownership of your work.

We are looking for a Spa Receptionist who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, has a warm and welcoming personality, and is able to work well under pressure. Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a hotel or spa environment.
