Role Overview
We are seeking a friendly and welcoming Receptionist to join our team at The Bath Priory. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for ensuring their stay with us is nothing short of exceptional.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage the front desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about our hotel, its facilities, and local attractions.
