At Caremark Rotherham & Sheffield we are recruiting for experienced, empathetic and professional Children's Care and Support Workers.

Due to our client's preference, we would be really interested in applicants who are able to drive (with a UK driving licence) and have access to a vehicle for work purposes due to the nature of the role involving accessing the community with your clients.


This role is very rewarding where you will be providing support to children & young adults who live within the community.

You will be supporting and enabling your specific client's independence to achieve their desired aspirations.

We believe at Caremark that all our Care and Support Workers should receive a healthy work life balance. One of our main aims is for our clients and staff to have consistent support from the Care and Support Workers who knows them


You don't necessarily require any experience in this area as you will be fully trained before supporting your clients and throughout your role.

All we ask for is reliability and the will to learn

We have
FULL AND PART TIME roles available working
BLOCK HOURS from 4 hours up to 12 hour shifts. You will be supporting one client at any one time.

Your working hours will fit around your own availability which will need to remain the same throughout your employment.

You will be working on a TWO-WEEK rolling rota which includes working Saturday & Sunday every other week.

As a Care and Support Worker you may be supporting your client within school and assisting with their daily needs and maintaining their safety

Supporting your client to access the community, undertaking FUN activities of their choice. For example-going to parks, Jump, seaside, out for meals

Acting as a Chaperone and buddy enabling independent living skills

Providing support within their home with personal care, nutrition & hydration and medication administering

Supporting young children with sensory play activities in and around the home

Enabling and supporting your clients with skills required for life
