About the Role:Our residential homes offer a safe and nurturing environment for our young people to thrive. As a Children's Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing individualized support and care to our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and educational well-being.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality care and support to our young people, including personal care, meal preparation, and household management.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our young people.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- A full driving license issued in the UK.
- Full right to work in the UK with no restrictions.
- Values in line with Esland's, including a therapeutic and person-centered approach to childcare.
- Aged 21 or above.
- Previous childcare or support worker experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Routes for progression and opportunities to complete Level 4/5 Residential Childcare qualifications.
- BILD accredited, paid induction training.
- Access to a company app providing high street discounts, online medical support, financial advice, and counseling.
- A day off for your birthday (in addition to your holiday entitlement).
- Access to a holiday home in the Peak District where you can stay for free.
