Join Our Team as a Children's Support Worker

We are seeking exceptional Support Workers to join our team at Search Consultancy, a leading UK healthcare recruitment business. As a Children's Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in supported living settings based in the Sheffield area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized care and support to children in residential and supported living environments
  • Build strong relationships with residents and their families
  • Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, earning a competitive rate of £13 per hour
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Two references from former employers in a children's setting
  • The right to work and live in the UK
  • Exceptional communication skills, tact, and sensitivity
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure and multitask
  • A full UK driver's license and access to a car
