About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our young people. As a Children's Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing individualized care and support to our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality care and support to our young people, including personal care, meal preparation, and household management.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with our residents, their families, and other professionals involved in their care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans, ensuring that the needs of our residents are met.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Work collaboratively with other members of the team to ensure the smooth running of the service.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A full driving license issued in the UK.
- Full right to work in the UK with no restrictions.
- Values in line with Esland's, such as taking a therapeutic, person-centred approach to childcare.
- Previous childcare or support worker experience is advantageous but not essential.
