We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team.

As a Human Resources Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and off boarding processes
  • Communicate and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements
  • Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HRrelated matters
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives
  • Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop training programs
  • Supervise HR staff members and provide coaching and mentorship as needed

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, laws, and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to present information effectively to individuals or groups
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

From £24,073.95 per year
