Job Summary

We are seeking an HR Business Advisor to join our team in Edinburgh. As a key member of our HR function, you will provide professional HR services to our employees and managers, building strong relationships and ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR support. You will work closely with our HR Manager Region North to develop and implement HR policies and processes, and provide guidance and support to managers and employees.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide HR services to employees and managers in Edinburgh, with occasional support to Camberley and Benelux employees
  • Build strong relationships with managers and employees, providing guidance and support on HR policies and procedures
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and processes, ensuring compliance with best practice and employment law
  • Partner with our HR COE groups to execute company-wide programs and initiatives, and support talent acquisition, compensation, and benefits processes
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of HR data, and provide reports as required by HR and the business
  • Support payroll and benefits administration, including liaison with the internal payroll team
  • Ensure HR compliance and audit, and build a positive employee engagement culture across the region
  • Support key HR projects across EMEA, as required

Your Profile

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR professional who can provide high-quality HR support to our business. The ideal candidate will have a degree-level education and/or equivalent work experience, with a minimum of 2-5 years of related experience. You will have fluency in English and other European languages, and solid knowledge of HR operations, employment law, payroll, and benefits for the UK. You will also have proficiency in MS Office and Workday, and strong collaboration and organizational skills.
