The Role
We are seeking an HR Business Advisor - North to join our team in Edinburgh. As a key member of our HR team, you will provide professional HR support to our employees and managers, building strong relationships and ensuring compliance with employment law and best practices.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide HR services to employees and managers in Edinburgh, Camberley, and Benelux
- Develop and maintain human resources policies and processes aligned to best practice and employment labour law
- Partner with HR COE groups to execute companywide programs and initiatives
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of HR data and systems
- Support payroll and benefits administration
- HR Compliance & Audit
- Build and support a positive employee engagement culture
- Support business leaders with employee engagement activities
Your Profile:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR professional with a strong understanding of HR operations, employment law, payroll, and benefits in the UK. You will have a degree-level education and a minimum of 2-5 years of related experience. Fluency in English and other European languages is a plus.
