ROLE:
Contracts & Procurement Lawyer

LOCATION:
Fully remote / South West England

RATE:
£55.00 to £65.00 per hour

CONTRACT:
Rolling 3 month contract

The Role

  • To independently manage a full caseload of contract and procurement matters through to completion
  • To draft documents and write contract ranging on some highly complex
  • Caseload will predominantly include JCT's, partnerships, charities and G Cloud
  • To prepare and process all legal documents including contracts, agreements, deeds, notices, orders and consents

The Person

  • A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Barrister with a minimum of 3 years' PQE
  • Strong technical understanding of Contracts and Procurement matters in relation to public law
  • Confident on working independently with mínimal supervision whilst working remotely
  • Previous local authority / public sector experience would be highly advantageous
