Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with procurement and safety processes, engaging regularly with internal stakeholders.
  • Lead subcontract procurements, liaising with the construction team to understand their requirements and develop the tender event schedule.
  • Raise subcontracts in accordance with governance requirements, meeting project and business objectives.
  • Identify procurement scope gaps, propose mitigation measures, and complete reporting for management.
  • Support the production of procurement strategies, tenderer selection, and contract administration.
  • Support post-award subcontract management and supplier performance management.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience working with NEC Contracts.
  • Previous experience in sub contract procurement.
