We have an exciting opportunity within the Denplan Academy Client Training team for a Client Trainer to join us for a
fixed-term period and deliver high-quality training to our member dental practices.

Denplan, the UK's leading dental payment plan provider, aims to simplify dental care and make it affordable. Denplan has been a part of Simplyhealth since 2011. Leveraging extensive product knowledge, you will conduct training sessions for our dental practices in the West Midlands area and beyond. Training sessions may cover various topics such as regulations, teamwork, sales, and more.


You will conduct regular training sessions at dental practices within the West Midlands region and also provide support at regional and national events.

A company car will be provided for convenient travel.


On top of training, we seek an individual who adopts a consultative approach and enjoys cultivating strong relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for practice inquiries.



Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with the field sales team to optimize training outcomes and achieve business growth and retention goals.
  • Researching and developing new training materials to enhance the existing portfolio annually
  • Enhancing the reputation of the Simplyhealth Professionals Academy brand within the dental community and the organization
