We are currently seeking a Client Relationship Executive to assist Account Executives in delivering expert guidance and exceptional service to fulfill clients' insurance requirements while ensuring compliance with regulations and optimizing business prospects.

This role is a full-time, permanent position based in our Warrington office, requiring three days of onsite presence each week. Full-time office attendance is essential during the training period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all tasks efficiently and accurately.
  • Address inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Create accurate documentation.
  • Handle adjustments and renewals with precision.
  • Escalate complex inquiries to senior personnel.
  • Engage in re-marketing initiatives and meetings as necessary.

Essential Requirements:

  • At least 12 months of experience in customer service and administrative roles.
  • Strong technical insurance knowledge and negotiation skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work effectively.
  • Proficient literacy and numeracy skills.

Qualifications:

  • 5 GCSEs, including Mathematics and English.
