Red Recruitment is seeking a Client Relationship Executive to join our team.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Branch Manager and the Fleet Commercial Operations team, contributing to the enhancement of team performance and driving business expansion.
Compensation and Benefits:Salary: £27,000 annually, with an additional performance-related bonus of £4,000 per year.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the commercial success of the office while supporting the leadership of a dynamic branch team.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate files, customer outcomes, and lead management.
- Ensure precision in all data entries and submissions to facilitate smooth operations and timely service level agreements (SLAs).
- Uphold a professional communication approach to foster and maintain customer relationships at all levels.
- Identify and report opportunities for corporate partnerships.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years in an insurance-related role.
- Experience in account or portfolio management is preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving abilities, and relationship-building skills are essential.
- A solid understanding of insurance products is advantageous.
- Self-motivated with a professional demeanor is required.
