Primary Care Network Lead Mental Health Practitioner

Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (CWP) in collaboration with our Primary Care Networks (PCNs) are excited to be rolling out the first wave of the mental health Additional Roles Reimbursement Scheme (ARRS).

These roles have been created as part of the NHS Long-Term Plan and mental health community transformation to put clinicians with mental health experience directly within primary care networks.

The funding for these roles is an exciting partnership between CWP and Moreton & Meols PCN as they are funded jointly between the two.

The person will be directly employed by CWP but jointly managed and supported by CWP and the PCN in what will be a new, collaborative way of working.

This vacancy is for one whole time equivalent Primary Care Network Lead Mental Health Practitioners (Continuing Health Care). You will be working with Moreton & Meols Primary Care Network.

New entrants to the NHS will commence on the minimum of the scale stated above.
