Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Practitioner to join our First Response Services team within the Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team, Wirral. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive assessments and interventions to individuals in crisis.

Main Duties

The successful candidate will be responsible for working with individuals who are experiencing mental health crises, providing a comprehensive assessment of their needs, and developing and implementing individualized care plans. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.

Person Specification

The ideal candidate will possess a recognised qualification in mental health, such as an RMN, AHP, or Social Care qualification. A willingness to undertake further professional development, such as nurse prescribing or non-medical prescribing, is also desirable.
