Selling cutting-edge domestic kitchen, bathroom, and utility fans to Heads of Maintenance, local authority officers, damp, and mould specialists.

- THE ROLE:
As a Business Development Manager, you will establish strong connections with Housing Associations, Local authorities, and Private registered providers of social housing across the specified regions.
You will focus on their maintenance departments to address mould and condensation issues that can lead to health problems due to inadequate ventilation.
In this role, you will perform site surveys, propose solutions, and present supply and install options to social housing providers as a reputable manufacturer.
Your target audience includes Heads of Maintenance, local authority officers, and specialists in maintenance and damp issues.
Despite being a new position due to expansion, you will have an existing customer base to leverage from day one.
- THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
The ideal BDM/ Area Sales Manager will have a background in selling to maintenance departments of Housing Associations, Local Authorities, and Private providers of social housing.
Experience in fans and ventilation is preferred, but more crucial is selling to these entities, as comprehensive product training is provided.
Related products may involve security, kitchens, smoke and fire solutions, windows, and doors/glazing, among others.
We seek a confident professional capable of building strong B2B relationships and conducting property surveys related to mould and damp issues.

- COMPANY:
Our client is a reputable manufacturer specializing in residential, commercial, and industrial fans and ventilation systems.
They are preparing to launch new products that will generate excitement in the market.
- THE REMUNERATION:
Salary ranging from £43,000 to £50,000 depending on experience.
Additional 20% earning potential through quarterly bonuses.
Provided with a hybrid company car or car allowance.
25 days annual leave, increasing yearly up to 28 days, plus 8 Bank holidays.
Company pension contribution of 5%.
Includes mobile, laptop, and all necessary expenses covered.
