Role Overview:


As a Recruitment Account Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating recruitment activities for our food manufacturing client.

This position requires a proactive individual who can work independently, handle multiple tasks efficiently, and is committed to delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage the recruitment process for our food manufacturing client.
Schedule and conduct interviews with potential candidates.
Maintain and update candidate databases and records.
Communicate effectively with both clients and candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Provide timely updates and feedback to clients and candidates.
Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.

Weekend on call activities:
Conduct check-ins at 06:00 and 14:00 to ensure all staff are present and address any immediate issues.
Manage absence records and ensure proper documentation

Requirements:
Availability to cover out of hours
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Previous experience in recruitment or a related field is preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment software
