  • Generate phasing guidance on expected shipments at the forecast partner (customer) and item level.
  • Conduct GAP analysis, sharing insights with sales leads and key account managers, while identifying risks and opportunities in relation to budget and demand plans.
  • Oversee the maintenance of the Connect Forecast tool, including necessary system uploads.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with a commercial mindset.
  • Create impactful PowerPoint presentations to effectively communicate insights to various stakeholders.
  • Offer support to the direct line manager as needed, ensuring structured sales planning and internal communications.
  • Implement KPI measures to track business plans and distribution expectations against actuals.
  • Maintain the sales timetable across the region to assist in deadline management.
  • Keep an updated forecast partner (customer) list, including necessary approvals.
  • Regularly review system user licenses to ensure appropriate setup for sales team members.
  • Establish and document a process for verifying shipments against inactive customers, coordinating with commercial teams as required.
  • Engage in initiatives and projects aimed at reducing redundancy, enhancing efficiency, and improving forecast accuracy.
  • Identify strategies to focus on key customers and support the development of sales tools and data views.
